FERC Urged To Reconsider Pegasus Pipeline Rate Decision

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Two energy companies and an energy industry association asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Tuesday to rehear its decision granting Mobil Pipe Line Co. permission to charge market-based rates for its Pegasus crude oil pipeline, saying MPLCO had unfairly hiked its tariffs since the ruling.
