Court Greenlights Novell's Suit Against Microsoft

Law360 (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court upheld a lower court ruling on Monday that will allow Novell Inc. to go ahead with two antitrust claims against Microsoft Corp.

At the same time, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit affirmed a decision of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland to dismiss four other claims against Microsoft on different antitrust grounds.
