Encana Says Probe Found No Collusion Over Mich. Land Bids

Law360, New York (September 5, 2012, 10:40 PM EDT) -- Canada-based energy company Encana Corp.’s internal investigation found that the company did not collude with its rivals to limit the price of bids in public land auctions in 2010 for certain Michigan oil and gas deals, the company said Wednesday.
