Rosneft Signs Up For Major Developments In East Russia

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Russia's OAO Rosneft inked several deals on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Russia 2012 summit on Thursday, committing the oil and gas giant to several billion dollars' worth of projects, including a massive petrochemical and power plant complex in the Russian Far East.
