Insurer Must Cover Bank In Ethanol Plant Debacle: 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (September 6, 2012, 6:49 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit reversed a title insurer's win against Home Federal Savings Bank on Thursday in a coverage dispute that arose after an ethanol plant developer defaulted on a $95 million loan, ruling an exclusion for claims created by the bank did not apply.
