US Can Learn From EU Data Protection Reform, Groups Say

Law360, New York (September 7, 2012, 8:42 PM EDT) -- A coalition of U.S.-based privacy groups on Wednesday backed the European Union's proposed overhaul of its data protection regime, calling the plan a strong model for the United States to follow in its efforts to strengthen its own privacy protections.
