Obesity Risks Will Guide FDA Action On Corn Syrup

Law360, New York (September 7, 2012, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A consumer group is urging the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to enforce existing regulations against the use of certain high fructose corn syrup in food, but the agency will weigh whether the obesity risks posed by the ingredient are grave enough to warrant action.
