Senators Urged To Pass Patent Reform Bill

Law360 (July 27, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Industry representatives endorsed sweeping plans to revamp the U.S. patent system at a Senate hearing on Tuesday, suggesting Capitol Hill make leaps toward harmonization in the wake of what they called the World Intellectual Property Organization’s failure to streamline the world’s patent systems.
