US, Canada Update Great Lakes Enviro Pact

Law360, New York (September 7, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- The U.S. and Canada on Friday approved updates to an environmental pact aimed at proactively preventing ecological harm in the Great Lakes, the first time in over 25 years that the agreement has been revised.
