Calif. Ranked Among Least Fair States For Business Law

Law360, Philadelphia (September 7, 2012, 12:00 AM EDT) -- California, Illinois and Pennsylvania are ranked among the worst states in the country for business law fairness, according to a new survey of general counsel and senior attorneys at major U.S. companies slated to be released Monday.

California weighed in as the fourth-worst state for legal fairness, followed by Illinois, while Pennsylvania came in at 11th, according to the survey by the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform.
