Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 8:41 PM EDT) -- East Asia's local currency bond markets swelled to $5.9 trillion in the second quarter, fueling infrastructure and development projects across the world's fastest-growing economies, but a Monday report from the Asian Development Bank warns that spillover from the volatile West could derail the emerging bond markets.
