Patent Term Adjustment: The New USPTO Rules

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 1:06 PM EDT) -- The United States Patent and Trademark Office recently published revised patent term adjustment (PTA) regulations that bring the regulations more closely in line with the controlling statute and will modify the amount of PTA that will be awarded to many patents.
