Patients May Provide Better Info On Medical Errors: Agency

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 7:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality on Monday announced it would seek approval to design and test a prototype system to collect information from patients about health care safety events, saying growing evidence showed many medical errors go unreported under current systems.
