Corporation (Pfizer HCP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pfizer Inc. (Pfizer), while the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced related enforcement actions against Pfizer and Wyeth LLC, another wholly owned Pfizer subsidiary.
