Cash Grant Expiration Fueling Solar Boomlet, Attys Say

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 10:19 PM EDT) -- The U.S. installed twice as much new solar capacity in 2012 as it did last year, according to a Monday report, but attorneys think that figure — inflated by the rush to meet a 2011 deadline for government project grants — will be relatively short-lived.
