Dow Compromise May Help Controversial Crop Get Approval

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 8:33 PM EDT) -- A key group of farmers dropped its opposition Tuesday to genetically engineered crops made by a Dow Chemical Co. subsidiary that critics argue could harm human health and the environment, winning concessions from the company that will make federal regulators more likely to approve the products.
