8th Circ. Backs HHS, CMS In $3M Medicaid Tax Dispute

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 2:43 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Wednesday affirmed that two federal agencies had correctly adjusted Medicare reimbursements made to Kindred Hospitals East LLC by $3 million, saying the hospital operator had wrongly claimed a Medicaid tax offset.
