DRAM Plaintiffs Ask To Depose Ex-Samsung Execs

Law360, New York (October 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in the ongoing class action lawsuit over anti-competitive actions in the Dynamic Random Access Memory industry have asked the court to depose three prisoners who had pled guilty to conspiring to fix prices for DRAM chips.

The plaintiffs have asked for leave to depose prisoners Young Hwan Park, Il ung Kim and Young Woo Lee. A hearing over the plaintiffs' motion is scheduled for October 26, according to court documents filed on Wednesday.
