JPMorgan Investor Demands Info On $6B Trading Loss

Law360, Wilmington (September 13, 2012, 9:02 PM EDT) -- A JPMorgan Chase & Co. investor filed a suit Thursday asking a Delaware state court to compel the banking giant to turn over information on bad credit derivative bets that lost the firm approximately $5.8 billion.

Pennsylvania's Bucks County Employee Retirement Board, a JPMorgan shareholder, is demanding access to the banks' books and records under Delaware corporate law so it can investigate the trading activities of the firm's chief investment office and the possible involvement of the company's officers and directors in those trades.
