Minn. Hospital Hounded Patients For Money, Inspectors Say

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 5:01 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota hospital network thrust into the spotlight because of its contract with controversial billing firm Accretive Health Inc. violated federal law by harassing patients for money as they experienced serious medical problems, according to inspection reports released Thursday.
