Germany Charges HP Employees In Russian Bribery Scheme

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 2:57 PM EDT) -- German prosecutors have charged one current and several former employees of Hewlett-Packard Co. in connection with bribes allegedly paid to win a €35 million ($45 million) information technology contract with the Russian government, the company said Thursday.
