Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 7:55 PM EDT) -- An Iowa magistrate judge said Thursday that the disgraced head of bankrupt Peregrine Financial Group Inc. is to be released from jail while he awaits sentencing for his alleged $200 million fraud and embezzlement scheme.
