Congressman Wants Special HHS, EPA Hiring Law Curbed

Joe Pitts, R-Pa., on Friday questioned the U.S Department of Health and Human Services and Environmental Protection Agency's increased use of a law allowing them to hire scientists at a rate above the typical pay limit for federal employees, saying the rampant use was contrary to its original intent.
