Philly Firm Says Ex-Atty Hogged Settlement Fees

Law360, Philadelphia (September 14, 2012, 3:47 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia law firm on Thursday accused one of its former attorneys of refusing to share fees from shareholder suits against Microsoft Corp., Eli Lilly & Co., Intel Corp. and others that he started at the firm, in violation of his employment agreement.
