Cleanup Co. Seeks Indemnity From BP For Oil Spill Suits

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 1:56 PM EDT) -- United States Environmental Services LLC on Friday sued two BP PLC units in Louisiana federal court, saying BP was dodging its contractual obligation to defend USES against damage and worker illness claims arising from its role as manager of a post-Deepwater Horizon cleanup program.
