Ex-Sears Worker Presses High Court To Hear Title VII Case

Law360, Los Angeles (September 14, 2012, 9:52 PM EDT) -- A former Sears Holding Corp. employee has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review the Eleventh Circuit's dismissal of her wrongful termination suit on the grounds that participating in an internal sexual harassment investigation isn't protected under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
