ConAgra Must Face $20M Contract Suit In Potato Co. Row

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 10:39 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday allowed Dornoch Holdings International LLC to proceed with a $20 million suit against ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston Inc. that accuses the food giant of entering into a joint venture with a Dornoch potato subsidiary with the intent to devalue it and take control through foreclosure.
