Citibank Denies Conspiring Against Dewey Partners

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 6:39 PM EDT) -- In a dispute with an ex-Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP partner who defaulted on a Citibank NA loan, the bank denied Wednesday that it conspired with Dewey to take advantage of partners in granting them capital contribution loans despite knowing of the firm's financial condition.
