HHS Sanctions Security Tools To Protect Health E-Records

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 7:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Monday gave its blessing to security measures that it said could protect the privacy of electronically transmitted patient information, clearing the way for a greater sharing of data.
