11th Circ. Says NLRB Lacks Authority To Modify Court Orders

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board does not have the authority to modify an order issued by the Eleventh Circuit, the appellate court said on Tuesday, refusing the labor agency's petition to enforce its demand that a Florida construction company meet with a labor union for a set number of hours per week.
