Pipe Fittings Co. Exec Snaps At FTC During Price-Fixing Trial

Law360, Washington (September 18, 2012, 7:59 PM EDT) -- Star Pipe Products Ltd.'s president snapped at Federal Trade Commission attorneys during a price-fixing trial on Tuesday, saying he never understood why his company initially faced collusion allegations with its two main competitors when it made significant efforts not to share inappropriate information.
