NuVasive Says J&J Units Poached Medical Device Sales Rep

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- NuVasive Inc. on Monday sued Johnson & Johnson units in Tennessee federal court for allegedly poaching a sales representative who allegedly took lucrative medical device business to the companies by flouting the terms of his noncompete and confidentiality contracts.
