Lawmaker Seeks Probe Of NLRB Atty’s Alleged Ethics Breach

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 2:19 PM EDT) -- Rep. John Kline, R-Minn., on Monday urged Attorney General Eric Holder to investigate allegations that a top National Labor Relations Board attorney violated government ethics rules by taking part in a case involving Wal-Mart Stores Inc. despite owning stock in the company.

Kline, who chairs the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, sent Holder a letter requesting that the U.S. Department of Justice probe allegations against the NLRB's acting general counsel, Lafe Solomon, that emerged last week in a report by the board's inspector general....
