Colo. School Settles Teacher's Breastfeeding Bias Claims

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 7:37 PM EDT) -- A Colorado public charter school has agreed to resolve a former teacher's claims that she was fired for taking breaks to pump breast milk in the first public settlement under a recent state law enacted to protect working mothers, the American Civil Liberties Union announced Tuesday.
