EU Sets Anti-Dumping Duties On Chinese Organic-Coated Steel

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 3:20 PM EDT) -- The European Union will levy anti-dumping duties on imports of organic-coated steel from China, it said Wednesday, after an investigation revealed that Chinese companies were exporting the material at prices well beneath market rates.

The EU imposed duties ranging from 13.2 percent to 57.8 percent on Chinese steel makers, according to a notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
