FDA Tells High Court Warning Letters Aren't Final Actions

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 8:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration argued to the U.S. Supreme Court last week that its warning letters do not constitute final agency actions subject to review in court, urging it to reject holistic health remedy advocates' challenge to letters received by ear candle companies.
