Enbridge’s Post-Spill Pipeline Rebuild Lacks Permits: Enviro

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 1:31 PM EDT) -- Enbridge Energy LP is rebuilding segments of a crude oil pipeline after a rupture and massive oil spill without the necessary environmental and other approvals from state and local authorities, an environmental group said in a suit removed Wednesday to Michigan federal court.
