Microsoft Wades Into Motorola's DVR Patent Row With TiVo

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 2:17 PM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp. on Wednesday sought to muscle in on an action brought by Motorola Mobility Inc. against TiVo Inc. over digital video recording patents, arguing Motorola is trying to force TiVo to produce Microsoft's trade secrets and other confidential information from a related DVR patent suit.
