Group Seeks Injunction On $2.9B Louisville Bridge Project

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A transportation and environmental activist nonprofit asked a Kentucky federal judge on Wednesday for an injunction to block the construction of a $2.9 billion bridge project connecting the state to Indiana, arguing the work would cause harm and violate its due process rights.
