Chinese Co. To Restart Wind Projects After US Security Feud

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 3:00 PM EDT) -- Chinese-owned Ralls Corp. on Wednesday withdrew its bid for a temporary restraining order against the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S., saying it had reached an agreement with the committee to resume construction at wind farm projects the CFIUS had halted due to national security concerns.
