Fresenius Wrongly Fired Vulgar Pro-Union Worker: NLRB

Law360, Los Angeles (September 20, 2012, 6:20 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board ruled Wednesday that disposable dialysis products maker Fresenius USA Manufacturing Inc. violated federal labor laws when it fired a warehouse worker for scrawling vulgar pro-union statements on union newsletters ahead of a decertification election.
