Carlyle May Build Power Plant At Philly Refinery

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 4:58 PM EDT) -- The Carlyle Group LP is considering building a power plant on the site of the Philadelphia refinery it bought from Sunoco Inc. in July, its CEO said Thursday, a reflection of the buyout giant's enthusiasm if not for gas itself, then for the industries that rely on and benefit from the commodity's low price.
