Sens. Take Up Legislation Curtailing EPA Power Under CWA

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 4:54 PM EDT) -- A pair of Senate lawmakers on Thursday picked up the effort to restrict U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's authority over water quality standards under the Clean Water Act and give more power to state officials, introducing a companion bill identical to a measure that passed the House last summer.
