Insurer Sues Consulting Co. Over Pollution Suit Defense

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Savers Property & Casualty Insurance Co. asked an Indiana federal court Tuesday to declare it is not obligated to defend or indemnify its insured in a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations suit over the alleged cover-up of illegal hazardous waste dumping by several steel companies.
