$22M Award Won't Stop Cordis' Infringement, Fed. Circ. Told

Law360, Washington (October 1, 2012, 7:52 PM EDT) -- Spectralytics Inc. told a Federal Circuit panel on Monday that a $22 million verdict against Cordis Corp. and stent manufacturer Norman Noble Inc. won't deter the companies from infringing on smaller companies' patents, and urged the appellate judges to push the district court judge to add onto the penalties.
