Ethypharm Urges 3rd Circ. To Revive Abbott Antitrust Row

Law360, Philadelphia (September 25, 2012, 2:10 PM EDT) -- An attorney representing Ethypharm SA France in a suit accusing Abbott Laboratories of conspiring to keep Ethypharm's anti-cholesterol drug off the market argued Monday to the Third Circuit that the manufacturer of the drug had the right to bring the antitrust case.
