EPA Accused Of Exposing Humans To Lethal Pollutants

Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 1:45 PM EDT) -- An environmental policy think tank sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Virginia federal court Thursday, claiming the agency engaged in illegal human testing by intentionally exposing human subjects to potentially lethal pollutants without their knowledge or consent.
