EPA Emissions Permits Breach Clean Air Act, DC Circ. Hears

Law360, Washington (September 24, 2012, 3:26 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club told a D.C. Circuit panel on Monday that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is violating the heart of the Clean Air Act by allowing pollution sources to ignore particulate air emissions standards, and urged the court to push the agency to enforce the regulations.
