1st Circ. Won't Block Maine Health Plan Disclosure Law

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 6:50 PM EDT) -- The First Circuit on Monday upheld a lower court’s denial of an injunction against a Maine law requiring health insurers to disclose loss information to public school districts for group policies held by employees of the district, saying the plaintiffs were unlikely to prove their claims.
