Dusty Cemex Cement Plant Violates CAA, Feds Say

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 1:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government hit a unit of building materials giant Cemex SAB de CV on Monday with allegations of dust pollution and other Clean Air Act violations at a cement plant in Arizona.
